If you are shipping an item back to Curl Warehouse, please email us at hello@curlwarehouse.com to let us know your return is on the way.
- Your return must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
- Please include a copy of your order receipt or your order number so we can process your return quickly.
- Used items will not be refunded.
- Returns initiated after the 14-day window will receive a gift card for the value of the item instead of a refund.
- If an entire order is returned, the original shipping cost will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund if your order originally qualified for free shipping.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer — all returns must be sent directly to Curl Warehouse.
