If your order is sent back to Curl Warehouse because the shipping address was incorrect, don’t worry — we can help get it sorted!
- We can re-ship your order once we’ve received the returned package, issued an invoice for the re-shipment charge, and received your corrected address.
- When you choose to have your order re-shipped, we’ll cover the return cost charged by your carrier. The re-shipment fee is usually the same as your original shipping cost.
- If you’d prefer a refund instead, please note that both your initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. These fees are paid directly to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS) and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. You can double-check your address on your checkout screen, order confirmation page, and in your confirmation email. If you notice an error, please email us right away so we can correct it before your order ships.
