Refund and Returns

  • Do you offer free returns?

    No. Curl Warehouse does not cover the cost of shipping for items you wish to return.
  • How do I return an item?

    If you are shipping an item back to Curl Warehouse, please email us at hello@curlwarehouse.com to let us know your return is on the way. Your return must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • What happens if my order is returned because of an incorrect address?

    If your order is sent back to Curl Warehouse because the shipping address was incorrect, don’t worry — we can help get it sorted!
  • What Is Your Exchange Policy?

    We offer exchanges only for items purchased in-store or returned to our physical location.
  • What Is Your Return Policy?

    Our return policy is active for 14 days from the date your package is marked as received (based on tracking information) or from your in-store purchase date. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
  • Where is my refund?

    If more than 7 business days have passed and you still don’t see the refund, please reach out to us at hello@curlwarehouse.com, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you. 💛
  • Will my shipping charge be refunded if I return my entire order?

    No. If your original order had a shipping charge, you will not receive that as part of your refund for your entire order. Only products will be refunded.
