Our return policy is active for 14 days from the date your package is marked as received (based on tracking information) or from your in-store purchase date. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Seals or safety caps must not be broken or removed.
Please note:
- Clearance items (e.g., out of season or discontinued products) and Bumped & Bruised products are final sale.
- We do not accept returns of used products. Products returned after use are discarded, which contributes unnecessary waste to landfills.
We encourage customers to try travel sizes first or email us at products@curlwarehouse.com for personalized recommendations before purchasing. While we can’t guarantee a perfect match, we’ll do our best to help you find products suited to your hair type.
If a product doesn’t work for you, consider reselling it through one of the many Canadian curly buy/sell/trade groups on Facebook — someone else may love it!
Products that have been used are not eligible for any refund.
