Why doesn't my discount code work?

Got a discount code? Great!

If it's not working at checkout, it's usually for one of these reasons:

  1. Your order does not meet the requirements for the code to apply. Please check again to ensure you're meeting the requirements. If you can't figure out why it isn't working, send us a chat message or an email and we'll help you out.
  2. You're trying to apply a code to a product that doesn't allow discounting. The product will say this on its product page if codes cannot be applied. Some items that can't utilize codes: MoonstoneSeven products, bundles, items already on sale, some accessories.
  3. Shipping codes must be applied at checkout, not on the cart. They will show an error if you apply them on the cart.
  4. You're trying to apply two codes to one order. The system will automatically remove one code, which can include automatically applied codes if we're running a promotion that adds a code for you. Codes you've received from us - through email or other means - cannot be stacked with other codes at checkout.
  5. You are using a different email address than the one we sent the code to (even if it's just a minor typo). They usually must match exactly for these codes to activate unless they're generic codes. Technology can be fickle sometimes, and hiccups can occur.
