• Can I change or cancel my order?

  Orders can be changed within 24 hours of being placed. If you’d like to make a change, please email us at help@curlwarehouse.com with your order number (or simply forward or reply to your order confirmation) and let us know what you’d like to update.

• How Long Is the Order Processing Time?

  Our current processing times are: - 3–5 business days for standard orders

• Why doesn't my discount code work?

  If your code isn't working at checkout, it may be because you're trying to use two (one of which we may be automatically applying due to a promotion). It may also be one of these additional reasons.
